ALCDSB in partnership with Hastings and Prince Edward Public Health (HPEPH), Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington Public Health (KFL&A PH), Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board, and Youth Diversion are hosting monthly online education series to empower parents and caregivers.
Join Shannon Parsons and Edy Cruz-Fuentes, social workers from Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic District School Board, on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. for an important discussion about Test Stress and Self-Care.
In this session the following topics will be discussed:
- Normalizing test stress
- How to know when stress becomes problematic
- Contributors to stress
- Healthy habits to manage stress
- How parents/caregivers can talk to and support their children with stress
The session will take place online and registration is free.
